The Computer Services Division gives the computer uses the guidelines on how to acquire, instal and use the computer systems with ease. The division has various responsibilities to carry out regarding systems policy as listed here below:

1. Keep a catalogue of the major systems in use
2. Give advice on legal requirements governing the software licensing
3. Track  occurencies of computer viruses and look for the remendies whenever a system is found to be infected.
4. Update the systems whenever new release are acquired
